We not only audit landscapers and select the correct type of companies to quote on the landscaping works, we manage the quotation process in its entirety. You will receive a set of quotations, with our recommendations on the best provider for the project.

Our process saves you £'s by tendering the project out we ensure that prices are competitive, combined with our auditing process which ensures that the contractor is suitable for the project. We avoid the expensive mistake of employing the wrong contractor for the job.

We also monitor the project from day 1, ensuring that site clearances are carried out correctly, aswell as setting out the job accurately and liasing throughout the build with the contractor to ensure that the finished project comes in exactly as designed and specified. 

Occasionally there can be a problem or discovery on site that requires a modification to the design. When we are involved with project monitoring, we liase with the contractor to solve any issues and make design or specification changes where necessary, it's all part of our service.
